It will have "The Class of 1967 Remembers" on it. They are going to make a walk way to auditorium with them. Also the pictures should be mailed out soon. Havent seen them yet, hope they are good. Lets keep in touch! Love ya, Lee

More Reunion Pics
Here's a few more pictures. Mary, Terry and Joe entertained us with some great singing! Although Randy Fain didn't get to attend the reunion, he has corresponded with some of us and sent pictures of him and his wife, Betty, so I'm including those as well.

Reunion Night October 18, 2008
Well, it's over! I hope everyone had a good time. It's was great to get to see everyone again and catch up on what's been going on in our lives over the past years. The Committee was pleased that so many classmates were able to attend. Some of us stayed so late that we had to be run out of the building! I will begin posting some pictures soon. I have made a slide show of the pictures I took and I know a slide show can be posted on a blog--if my feeble mind can just figure out how to do it! Until then, I will just post individual pictures. I'm sure some of y'all got some great pictures too and I will be glad to include them on the blog if you will email them to me at ghsclass1967@gmail.com or at my home email jlm1949@suddenlink.net.
Several of you asked about the picture on the cake of our train ride in the second grade. Not all of us have that picture so Gayle has said I could borrow hers to scan and I can email it to anyone who wants it. Just let me know.
We forgot t announce at the reunion that we had enough money left over to purchase a brick for the new auditorium. Gayle is coordinating that for us and will have it engraved to denote that it is in honor of our class. Once I get the exact wording that will be on the brick, I will post it on the blog.
Again, it was great to see everyone and stay in touch!!!

October 8 Meeting
Hey, guys! Doesn't appear anyone is reading this blog but I'll post anyway just in case. :) We had what is probably our final committee meeting last night. We still haven't heard from a lot of you but, as of last night, we are expecting around 55 people to attend the reunion. That includes class members and their guests. You still have time to respond and send in your money. If you decide at the last minute you want to join us, come ahead; there will probably be a few extra plates of food and you can pay when you get there.
We've had a lot of fun and laughs during our meetings reminiscing about the "olden days." It seems Mr. Cox has the memory of an elephant and we now know way more about some of you than we really care to know! Those of you who feel you may be the subject of his stories should seriously consider attending the reunion just to set the record straight.
Hope to see you soon!
